What DevFest Modena is

DevFest is the global conference format organized by Google Developer Groups. The Modena edition is built by local tech communities: GDG Cloud Modena, Modena Full Stack, Reggio Emilia Full Stack, Conoscere Linux.

During the day, you won't find just talks and workshops, but also spaces for speed networking and stages where you can propose your own lightning talk. The event is designed to be a welcoming and inclusive space for learning, sharing, and connecting with other tech enthusiasts.

Can I attend just one day?
Yes, you can live this experience how you prefer. In both days you will find talks, workshops and networking opportunities, so you can choose the day that best suits your interests and schedule. Obviously, if you want to make the most of the event, we recommend attending both days to get the full experience and connect with more people!
What should I bring to the event?
Just your ticket and a positive attitude! We also recommend bringing a notebook for workshops. The most important thing is to come with an open mind and a willingness to learn and connect with others.
Will there be an online streaming of the talks?
All talks will be recorded and made available online after the event, but there won’t be a live streaming. We want to create an engaging and interactive experience for attendees, and we believe that being physically present at the event allows for better networking and learning opportunities.
Is this a Google event?
No, Google helps us with the DevFest format and provides support, but the event is organized by local tech communities in Modena.
