Mattia Notari is the founder of NETAI SRL, where he designs and builds applied artificial intelligence systems, from initial concept to production deployment. He builds agentic systems and assisted coding workflows, hybrid architectures combining LLMs and traditional code, and end-to-end RAG pipelines featuring retrieval, embeddings, and document processing. He works across the entire stack: model fine-tuning with QLoRA, self-hosting and local LLM execution, containerized orchestration, and external tool integration, with constant focus on cost efficiency, control, and human oversight.
