Guido Marangoni is a computer engineer, speaker, and author. He teaches Computer Science at the University of Padua and has delivered over 800 talks on diversity, inclusion, and accessible technology. In 2024, he won the Google Gemini API Developer Competition (ranking 1st among over 3,000 applications worldwide) with an AI-powered app for individuals with intellectual disabilities—awarded “Most Impactful App” and “People’s Choice.” The app evolved into YouDoToo, developed by his startup YouDoTools, which leverages artificial intelligence to promote autonomy for people with intellectual disabilities. A TEDx speaker and award-winning author, Guido is also the father of Anna, born with Down syndrome—the spark behind much of his work exploring the boundary between AI and human dignity.
