AI Acceleration collaboration for Design System (QubicaAMF Lighthouse)

Lighthouse, QubicaAMF’s Design System, ensures consistency and scalability across the entire product ecosystem. However, keeping design and development aligned has always been a time-consuming and expensive challenge.

In this session, we will show how the Product Design and Interaction Engineering teams leveraged Figma’s MCP Server and GitHub Copilot to create a shared, AI-accelerated workflow capable of significantly reducing the effort needed to turn design components into production-ready code. This also provided the ideal opportunity to refactor components and improve overall system performance.

This is not a story of simple automation. It is a story of convergence: where designers and developers work from the same single source of truth, and where artificial intelligence redefines collaboration itself.

The question is no longer how fast we can build. The real question is: what becomes possible when design and code become one single system?
