Agentic swarms are shifting the development bottleneck from code generation to validation. This leads to the “Agentic Efficiency Paradox”: accelerating output without evolving our review process creates cognitive saturation and wasted resources.
Using ADK 2.0 and Gemini 3.1, we will re-engineer the SDLC for an agentic future:
- Architectural Governance: Versioning prompts as code and embedding decision-tracking (Chain-of-Thought) into PR metadata.
- Engineering the Flow: Applying queuing theory to transition from sequential bottlenecks to parallelized “Reviewer Pools,” using automated TDD-based classification to filter PRs.
- The Human Shift: Evolving the developer from a simple reviewer to a Gatekeeper and Strategist, optimizing cognitive load through scheduled deep-focus review blocks.
This session offers a practical perspective on building more sustainable and balanced agentic development ecosystems.
